Glow effortlessly

It is obvious most women love to glow. The flawless look speaks volume on it own.

I will share with you briefly how I have been able to achieve this. Well, I know so.

Back in the days; in my late teens,  I was artistic with my brows. I would draw all manner of lines

Looking back, I’m so pleased I did them at those times. However, it never lasted long as I out grew that quickly.

For years now, I don’t even give a damn about eyebrows, would only go for threading once in a while, nothing more. For some reasons, I look so different when the brows are done (drawn and all that).

All these years, I have not been the heavy makeup type too.

However, I realise I need to take care of my skin in addition to monitoring what I eat.

I love natural look and it was important to me that I can wear my face most times without makeup. Just a dash of a lipgloss and off I go.

Prior to now, I would think anti-aging and anti wrinkle products are for very old people but I know better now.

I sought for products and got what I needed to ensure a healthy and glowing skin. I got to know about SPF 30 products and all.

Then when I came across BeauFicial products and how authentic they are, I knew I need to add them to my skin care routine. I spent time on the page for more information and the brain behind it.

I hardly switch products but after reading the contents of their various skincare products I knew I will be using them for a long time.

I love those products.

The masks are lovely and your skin feels so different just on first application.

Mixed Blessings from a Cambridge Union: A book



It was an honour meeting a great talent and an industrious woman.

Attending “In Conversation with Elizabeth ” at the city hall reminded me how much our our stories shape us.

She had accomplished so much as a person and career wise.

Her book “Mixed Blessing from a Cambridge Union” is a great read.It is beautifully written. I can confidently tell my fellow Nigerians know how to deliver a neat job😄

Flipping through pages introduced me to who she really is. It is very important that stories of racial injustice are told for people to learn and most importantly prevent such occurrences. You are truly a blessing to this generation.

I am truly touched and inspired by her story and her works.

How Do You Unwind?



Hello lovely people, how have you been?

I’ve had a very busy week, by that I mean that I’ve barely had time for myself.

I’m off work today and trying to do some house duties. My little girl took the Tv remote control and before I know it we were watching a movie named “Groundhog day“.

Ordinarily, I would have changed the channel to one of her favourite kids channels but the film was a romantic comedy and I realised I haven’t even seen a good movie in a long time.

The last times I had seen movies were thanks to my husband. He loves watching movies and knows the very good ones. We would simply lay in couch and elope into the world of films. However, when I’m very time-conscious I have zero time for Tv.

So, this time it was my daughter that made me watch. I enjoyed watching every bit of the movie as the weatherman couldn’t get over a particular adventurous day. The film features characters like: Bill Murray, MacDowell and Angela Paton.

It was a good way to relax and unwind from past days event. I like comedy and happy endings, although I can do with some adventures but not horror, at all.

So tell me, What’s your day like?

Agent Hunter [Website Review]



This is a site review. Agent Hunter website shows lots of really good writing tips. Interestingly, it complies lists of numerous agents and agencies, which is very helpful. It has different packages that are affordable too such as: bronze, silver, gold and platinum.

I came across an event ‘Festival of writing’ on their website. The event seemed to be a great idea for any writer willing to make the most out of their writing. It is worth attending.

However, if you are on the completion phases of your work and no longer looking for agents, you might not enjoy the site that much.

I recommend the website for authors looking for agents.

In my experience, I have perused and seen the resources they have but not searching for agents at the moment. Will definitely use them in my next project.
